All customers are required to be at least 18+ years to purchase. The recommendation is that the products are only consumed by person over the age of 21 years.

Products are only available to persons that live inside the USA. There are shipping restrictions to some states, and the complete list of available states is listed in the Shipping & Returns Tab above.

Whilst we are able to provide great quality products, because we do not have a brick and mortar store, we are unable to offer specific advise around the suitability of the products for your requirements. Please make sure that you have an understanding of what the products can do before you make your purchase.

At Gummie Club, we do not make any medical assumptions around the use of the products. We do not make any claims that they are a cure for any diseases or ailments. Again, it is important that you understand that there are many sites out there claiming all kinds of outrageous things just to take your money. We do not claim that. What we can tell you is that the gentle calm that you can experience will be different in different people. It affects people in different ways. Start off very slowly, as a single gummie should be broken into quarters and taken that way. They also can take about 90-120 minutes to take effect so don’t double up on a dose if you think nothing is happening, just chill and await your calm.

We offer free shipping for purchases over $50.00

The flat rate for shipping is $4.00 no matter how many you order. Basically, you order 20 bags of gummies, we will ship that entire order for $4.00. Yep, that’s right, flat rate shipping to all states.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are complete and final, unless cancelled before the product has shipped.

We know that your personal information is private. We WILL NEVER give that information away to anybody, organization, or institution ever.

We only collect what is absolutely necessary to complete the order.

Our aim is to keep you safe on the internet, with all transactions being processed by our third party vendor ‘Square’. At no point in time do we hold or store your credit card information on any systems inside Gummie Club.
